Lost Pearl of the Orient
An emotional piece inspired by the late events in my hometown as Communist China took full control of every aspects making the fall of democracy a reality. Once termed as the Pearl of the Orient, Hong Kong is now a fallen city as millions are looking at fleeing to other Countries as refugees.
The storm like clouds as a symbol overcasting the flowing and graceful lines at the bottom right, the turmoil created between the two forces circulates the canvas. This twirls around a pearl-like dot in the center.
